Dear Diary, We woke up to snow this morning. It wasn't very much tho. We ate at 12 noon then went to Dr. Howell Jr's office. They did a blood sugar test. It was 190 the Dr said it was the best it had been, my blood pressure was 180/90. Then he did surgery on Heber's head. It's been a spot there a long, long time. It was large. I sure hope it heals up nicely and fast.
